New Hair Color

Ok, so here is my new hair color. Waddya think? It came out darker than I was shooting for, but it will lighten up, its reddish brown. I was getting bored with my old hair color. The last hair lady added more highlights instead of just touching up the ones I had therefore making my hair too blond for my taste. I think I like my hair brown, not this brown, but definately brown with red or gold tones in it. What do you think? Too dark? 

Ahhhh Family

So, this is the type of thing that working for an unknown number of years ( I think its like 40 or something) will do to a person, namely, my father. Yes that is a Kilt he is wearing, Yes, that is a light blue and white VERTICALLY striped shirt he is wearing with that red & black tartan print Kilt. YES that is also a tie shaped like a soft serve ice cream cone complete with a cherry on top. YES he went out in public dressed like this. Not just out in public, but to CHURCH!! On Fathers DAY!! The very church that he is a Deacon for! THANK GOD, I was at work and was fortunate enough to avoid the total and complete humiliation, but my mother, was not as lucky. Dad will be retiring on Tuesday January 31, 2006 for REAL this time. He is the greatest Dad that ever lived, even though there were lots of times I pretended like he wasnt my Dad. But he was cool enough to find the humor in embarrassing the SHIT out of each of his 4 kids!

Here I am with my Handsome green-eye'd boy Rajah. As you can see, he is THRILLED to have his picture taken with his Mommy. He is my first kitty so Im still getting used to how to care for a cat, but Im having fun. 

My child, my Rajah

Here he is, my child Rajah. He is 4 yrs old. I got him in Spetember 2001. He did have the pleasure of meeting the GREATEST DOG that ever lived, Jake, before Jake died in January of 2002. Jake left a lasting impression on Rajah, as Rajah picked up some of Jakes personality traits. He LOVES to sit this way, he sleeps sitting like this a lot as well. He cracks me up. 

OK so wow, Im finally getting my feet wet in this here blogging thing. Its a little weird, knowing that whatever I say, can be looked at by anyone.........weird in a neat sorta way. Ive never been one to not write anything I wouldnt say, so I have nothing to worry about..................I think....hmmmmmmmmm anyway. Karin is getting married in 4 short months! AHHHHHHH! Im a Maid of Honor.......that is sooo coool to me. She is my bestest friend in the entire world. She knows me, and still likes me.......weird again, but in a cool way, again. Its good to have people that you can just be yourself around and know that they love you anyway. Her husband to be is cool as well, he treats her well. I have to admit, I was MEGA jealous at first when they met. I wasn't sure how his intruding on MY best friend was gonna work out. Of course I wanted her to be happy, and it turned out that she was, and is. Brad is a good guy and I hafta admit, I didnt think there were any left, but she managed to find one. Way to go K! Brad, thanks for proving my wrong ( I dont say that very often so enjoy it while it lasts!) TTFN
