No picture today:)

Just words which is frightening cause Im not very good at them. My birthday week has been interesting. Had dinner with the fam, I know I know, party girl, and none of my siblings called me on my bday to wish me a happy bday. Nor did they call the day after, or the day after or the day after. Not a call, not a card NADA. My nieces wished me a happy bday the next day. Gotta love family huh. They expect a bdaygift, card, etc on their day, but do nothing on mine. They expect a lot of me and I get nothing in return except the pleasure of having them for family. Lucky me huh. The good part about my bday week was getting my best friend for a whole 7 days! Yes folks, mamma K is in town! Im excited. See she is my very bestest friend in the entire world and lives 400 miles south of me. I would LOVe to be able to live closer to her. Who knows, maybe God will like me a little bit and work something out for me to be able to live close to her.

I spoiled myself again. I bought a Nintendo DS. It is ADDICTING. I got a few games, NintenDogs Dalmation and the brain one (which obviously I need to use more!) to name a couple. It is fun and if you dont have one, be a kid and get one!

Happy Birthday to me!

Yes you guessed it folks, today I celebrate the 6th anniversary of my 29th birdthday. People usually like to reflect on days like this, but Im not one of them. I did however stumble across the remains of my baby blanket. This thing used to be huge! At least it was huge to a 10 year old. It is the blanket that I carried with me everywhere since I can remember. Apparently I had left it at my Aunts house a long time ago and my Aunt thought it would be cute to keep it for me and give it to me on my wedding day. Well, she actually ended up giving it to me when I graduated college because it became apparent to her that the wedding bells for me would not be ringing. So, I thought I would share them with you my blog people. It makes me smile.

Below are flowers that one of my co-workers gave to me today along with a $50 Target gift card! WOOHOO!

My gripe for today is people with little boobs. I hate you all. I have spent a good $200 in the last month searching for a bra that will contain me, and my efforts have gone unrewarded. I AM SOOOOOOOOOO PISSSSSSEEEDDDDD AND IRRITATED BEYOND BELIEF!!!! I HATE LOATHE DETEST and any other word in that family bras and shopping for bras. I do not think I am that difficult to fit, but apparently the only way to get one that will fit me, is to have one custom made for $5 million dollars!! Wo the hell needs an underwire that stabs you in the arm pit! WHY IN GODS NAME does a bra wire have to go THAT HIGH?? Are my arm pits in needs of support? Did the rocket scientist that created these torture devises think it was necessary to have women wear something that will impale everyone they try to give a hug to? If men TRUELY wanted women to be "swinging free" they (YES MEN created bras) would not have invented them!!!!! And you little b cup prissy women, you all just suck! You have no idea what is like to have to pay upwords of $50 for a bra that fits you "sort of" and are thrilled to get a black bra cause its different. You get to uy bras that are $5 and have cute little patterns on them. I get to buy a bra that will hold a 3rd grader for a long winter nap and stabs my shoulder! AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

ROAD TRIP!

I went on a road trip last weekend. Since Picasa only lets me post 4 pics at a time I thought Id save the other few pics for another post, and here it is! See there is a trademark city on the way to Ks place. This city is noted for its unique scent. Below is a picture taken at

My weekend with my knocked up Best Friend

I managed to slide a long weekend into my April. Right between Ks Bday and my Bday. We are officially the same age for 14 days. It was a great girly time! We shopped, we watched movies, we ate, I scanned for hot guys. For her birthday I got her the cute little prego lady outfit that she is wearing in the pictures.

The perrils of Easter

This holiday is almost as bad as Christmas. People give me crap loads of candy and cookies and I am supposed to gracefully accept it. And well it would be rude to just throw it out right? As you can see from the evidence below, I chose to do the only polite thing, consume it.

I also used some time to get my pictures from my Disney World trip together into one of my photo albums. I am NOT an avid scrapbook junkie. I do purchase paper that coordinates with the pictures I am trying to fit into the album, and a few stickers. I DO NOT cut my picturesinto cute little shapes and write cleaver little sayings on each page. I cut my pictures as small as the photo calls for in an attempt to fit as many as possible onto one page. I then glue the suckers down never to be removed again. Its a pain in the ass, but the end result is slightly better than your run of the mill photo album. Here you see the disaster that was my desk while I was "sort-of-scrapbooking". If you are one of those anal scrapbookers, good for you, I for one dont have the patients or time to do that, and I like having more pictures on my pages than stickers and thought bubbles.

So......

Well, I can see that my droves of blog readers have missed me and my posts desperately. Nothing interesting or worth reporting has happened and I have not felt inspired so I have not posted. Im going to resist writing what I really want to say, but I will just say, I hope everyone has a great easter weekend. Find lots of eggs and chocolate bunnies, and eat them all.
