One of my last trips to see Momma K down south resulted in my spending over $200 on 2 yes 2 custom fit flopper stoppers. Yes I nearly passed out while still trying look cool paying for it. I have had EXTREME difficulity finding a flopper stopper that fits me for many reasons that I will not go into. This place pictured below was by far the BEST experience I have ever had being properly fitted! These 2 stoppers, are the first ones EVER, that have fit me properly so the HIGH price tag, was worth it. So, if you are ever in Encino, CA, go to this place!

In other news, Momma K had her first Baby Shower on Saturday. It was a bit, um, HOT but we had shade. It was at her Moms house on the back patio. Not too big, about 15 people or so. It was a success. Here she is with her haul! And a side note................DO NOT REGISTER FOR ANYTHING AT TARGET!!!! DO NOT BUY A GIFT FOR ANYONE FROM TARGET!!! They changed their return policy and without a receipt, you cannot exchange or get store credit for anything over $40, no exceptions. As we all know, people for one reason or another will buy things that were not registered for. If for some reason, you need to exchange it whether it is defective or a duplicate, or something that you dont need, you will NOT be able to exchange it at Target without a receipt. How many of you have ever lost the gift receipt? Or for some reason, it was distroyed? Well the customer friendly ASSHOLE people at Target will not do anything for you. If your merchandise is DEFECTIVE, you are also screwed!!! They will refer you to the Manufacturer, and the manufacturer will refer you to your local retailer where you purchased it, so then again, you are screwed. Apparently, Target does not want anyone to spend money in their store. I certainly will not. I have worked in Customer Service for over 16 years and this is by far THE WORST EVER!!! Not an exchange offered, store credit, NOTHING! We were not asking for a refund, just an exchange for something of equal or greater value for an item that was still sealed in the box! The only thing they offered was an 800 number in India that I SCREAMED at for about 20 minutes while Saheeb read to me from his script that there was nothing they were willing to do to serve their customer. So all you pregnant and engaged people, DO NOT REGISTER AT TARGET!!!!!!
